Details

The single signon password dialog has a checkbox for remembering the password,
but the dialog does not remember the state of the password. I do not wish to
have my password stored on the local drive so I uncheck this password, but
unfortunately I have to do this each time I signon. This is many times a day.
I think we agreed in another bug that the checkbox would default to off rather
than remember last state. I thought Steve said he implemented that yesterday,
but in today's builds I see the checkbox enabled all the time.
I did implement the change and tested it to make sure it worked. I'll pull a
fresh tree tonight and test it again to see what's going on here.

Oops, I fixed this in one place but there were two more places that also needed
it. I fixed it for the dialog that asks for only username. I missed the
dialogs that ask for username/password and for just password.

Checked in the full fix now.
