Print It 0.2 !

This extension allows you to use print and printpreview for the page you are
browsing straight from the context menu. It uses the original Firefox commands
similar to the ones in the file menu, not the javascript window.print().

This version also allows you to print a selection. Select a text right-click on
print, select selection from the print dialog and print your selection
