If I am composing a new message and have the cursor in the body section of the
new message, and I switch to a different application, the cursor in the compose
window continues to blink. This often makes me think that the compose window
has focus when it really doesn't.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the compose new message button
2. Select the body
3. Change to another application

Actual Results:
The cursor in the compose window blinks

Expected Results:
The cursor in the compose window should not be blinking.
