If you customize the toolbar and set either "Use Small Icons" or set the toolbar
to be only images, or only text, the toolbar height does not shrink. The reason
I use small icons is to increase the size of the viewing pane, but this does not
change in the latest (Sept 10) build of Sunbird

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click toolbar
2.Select Customize
3.Check "Use small icons"

Actual Results:  
Toolbar did not resize its height.

Expected Results:  
Height should have decreased, increasing the main viewing pane's size

Toolbar will not resize by default because Sunbird Logo does not resize. The
logo is located on the toolbar by default. If the logo is removed or moved to a
different toolbar, than the original toolbar will size correctly. Perhaps
disable logo by default, make a smaller one, or make an alternate logo for use
with small buttons.

As of now. This is intended behaviour.

Please file a new bug for the logo removal or a smaller logo for small-icons-mode.
