-delete profile dir to invoke the migration wizard on launch.

tested results:
Selections for the following:
o Firefox 0.8, Firebird or Phoenix (just installed build of FF is all)
o IE (windows only...installed)
o Netscape 6,7 or Mozilla 1.x (Moz 1.x installed)
o Netscape 4.x (not installed)
o Opera (not installed)

expected results:
Only applications that are installed and have a working profile should be
offered as a selection.  Any application that is not installed sould not appear
on this list and Firesomething should not be here either since it was just
installed cleanly.
