User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040914 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20040914 Firefox/0.10.1

Sometimes when I click to focus the location bar or the search bar to type
something in, the browser seems to freeze momentarily, between two and five
seconds, before I can do anything else.

No noticeable CPU usage spike ocurrs during this time, so it doesn't seem to be
a CPU bound issue.

This does not happen under MacOS X.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Just browse normally for a while, clicking on the location bar to go to
different sites and modify the URL there. You will eventually hit the bug.
Actual Results:
Random delays.

Expected Results:
The browser should respond without any delays.

This happens on linux systems at work too, so it's not likely to be a problem
specific to my system.
unable to reproduce with latest branch nightly builds on linux. without specific
steps to reproduce, this bug isn't useful.
