can't scroll within dropdown boxes on websites.  Spefically, I am talking 
about selecting an option in a dropdown box and then using the wheel on a 
wheel mouse to scroll up or down to other selections like you can in IE or 
Netscape.

I can scroll with my trackpad's scrolling feature right on this bugzilla page.
Make sure it's not a specific website that's not working.
What kind of mousewheel are you using?

Anyway, accessibility = usability for people with disabilities.
