Evang500 is a remnant of the old NSCP TEDS team. The target of this link is on a
dead server. I still have the files and the script  which reproduce them.
However, I doubt evang500 is in much use anymore and suggest that you just
remove it from bugs and drop the keyword altogether.
OK. removed. We do have the top100 and top500 keywords to track topsites with
bugs reported against them. This is not currently specific to evangelism, though.
