when i downloaded adblock(http://update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=10) 
i decided i did not want it. i uninstalled it but an error message came up and
said could not remove a file. since then i can not get into the extensions. i
have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and doing a system restore.
do you know why?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open firefox
2.click tools
3.then extensions; it seems like it starts to load but then it stops.

Actual Results:  
would not load extensions

Expected Results:  
uninstalled properly
What file it said it couldn't delete?
Tried logging in as Administrator?
To recover, try creating a new profile
