Assuming you have a page with a <marquee> tag in it (both opening and closing
tags, no specific width set - assumed to be 100%), once the page with the
marquee on it is loaded, the marquee width will not change (when it's based on a
% value, or the tags around it are based on a % value and the marquee is at 100%
width), even if the browser window is resized.

I have tried attacking this problem using several different methods, but it
seems to work fine on Internet Explorer, yet not on Firefox.

A quick fix to this would be greatly appreciated! :)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an HTML file, with the following code:
<html>
<body>
  <table width="100%">
    <tr>
      <td width="30%" align="right">Leftbound(</td>
      <td width="40%" align="left" bgcolor="#ff0000"><marquee>Hello
World!</marquee></td>
      <td width="30%" align="left">)Rightbound</td>
    </tr>
  </table>
</body>
</html>

2. Open the page up in Mozilla Firefox 1.0PR
3. Attempt to shrink the browser width.
Actual Results:
The marquee width will stay the same as it was when it was originally loaded.
However, if the browser window loads the page at a point where it can be
adjusted to be larger horizontally, the marquee will stretch to accomodate.
Though, the marquee will still not shrink horizontally past the original width
(in pixels) that it was loaded.

Expected Results:
I'd expect the software to shrink the marquee horizontally instead of leaving it
the same size.
