On OS X, the following style is not fully applied:

treechildren::-moz-tree-twisty {
  width: 0px !important;
}

when used, twisties no longer accept user input, but are still visible.  Under
windows / linux the style has the intended effect of visibly removing the twisty.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create hierarchal  tree with primary column
2. apply "width: 0px" property to the -moz-tree-twisty pseudo element
3. see twisties rendered for container elements

Update: I've found that twisties can be removed under OS X using the

-moz-appearance: none;

property on the -moz-tree-twisty pseudo element.  So maybe this is more of an
inconsistency than a bug.
