User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

I downloaded the upgrades to XP. The "find" function and the "select all"
function are no longer operational. In internet explorer, they do function.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mozilla
2. try to use those edit features
3.

Actual Results:
no response to either

Expected Results:
with find should have opened a pop-up window where one could enter the text one
is searching for
with select all, highlight all text
Do you have any extensions installed? If yes, can you run Firefox in Safe Mode
(via firefox.exe -safe-mode or via the Shortcut in your Programs menu) and see
if it makes any difference?
Find:
When you attempt to use the find function, does the "Find Toolbar" appear across
the bottom of the Firefox window (above the status bar)? This has replaced the
separate Find Window.

Select all:
WFM with the same build on Win2k.

It opens a Find toolbar when you select Edit>Find in this page. It is by design.
