When you open a link that is invalid or down in a new window, the "<url> could
not be found" error message appears correctly, but the url isn't show in the url
input bar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right-click on an invalid link and select Open Link in New Window

Actual Results:  
URL is not shown in the url input bar.

Expected Results:  
Invalid URL should be shown in the bar.
