after running firefox 0.10.1 critical update, version string does not change
until restart of browser. Also, if you run the update program again before
restart of browser it tells you that you still need to install the critical update

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install 0.10
2. Run critical update for 0.10.1

Actual Results:  
-version number doesnt change
-critical update still displayed if you run critical update again

Expected Results:  
-version number is updated
-when running critical update it doesnt show the same update that has just been
installed.

it works untill you decide to use a newer nightly

The version string doesn't change, and in fact the update isn't installed until
you restart: the bug is that it doesn't tell you to restart.
