The bookmark manager list column selection tool lets one pick all data entry
fields except for the checkbox for "Load in sidebar".  Please add this column as
well.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Bookmarks ==> Manage Bookmarks...
2. Go to the column selection tool above the right scrollbar and click on it.


Actual Results:  
No choice is available for displaying the checkbox for "Load in sidebar".

Expected Results:  
Want additional choice for "Load in sidebar" checkmark.

Justification: Had I realized that the display of a web page in a sidebar was
deliberate, I would not have filed bug
