Please make core.xml@bugs the default owner of Browser: XML

I am currently the default owner, but haven't been actively involved in a while
and I doubt this will change soon, so it would be more appropriate if someone
else took ownership, or it was assigned to an alias like core.xml@bugs.

Also, I would not mind if all bugs assigned to me in the XML component were
reassigned to that alias.
