When toolbars are minimized, Popup-Windows, that should have no toolbars, show
the minimized toolbars. If I try to expand them, they are really set to be
completly invisible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Write a small javascript function, that lets a window popup()
2. Execute it in an html page, in which you reduced a ore more toolbars
3. a popup window pops up, with the reduced toolbars shown.



Expected Results:  
don't show the reduced toolbars

DUPLICATE of bug 97953 which was resolving as DUP of bug 57022. Resolving
accordingly.
