site belongs to the israeli land administration. provides general help on the
administration's operations, where it's offices are, and it's regulations.

upon attemting to enter, you get an image that reads:

The Israel Land administration site can be viewed with
Microsoft internet explorer 5.0 and up.
if you are not sure what version you have,
go to the help menu and select "about internet explorer".

i went to my help menu, and found no such item :(

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.mmi.gov.il


Actual Results:  
redirected to http://www.mmi.gov.il/Envelope/index.asp , which is the url seen
in all the pages of the site, where you'll see the image if you use mozilla

Expected Results:  
should see the site

the site needs a complete rewrite in order to be compatible, since it relies
heavily on VBScript.

some time ago i noticed that they started redirecting mozilla to a javascript
based version of the site. now i see that they merged the two versions, and IE
aslo gets JS instead of VBScript. while the behaviour with the two browsers is
not identical, it looks like the site is quite usable with mozilla. any
objections to close as fixed?
