Form field when page is first displayed
Tested with M13/Win98SE/PIII-733/256M RAM/32M-V770 Diamond Viper card at 32bpp
To reproduce:
1) Open: http://home.netscape.com/index.html
results: Local background image does not clear to white until user clicks in
form field.

Can not reproduce. The background image of what component of home.netscape.com?
Could you perhaps take a screenshot of this?
