You have to click on one of the square icons with the plus sign inside in order to see the problem. You can still scroll down by clicking inside the frame and then using the down arrow key, and when you are scrolled all the way down, the bottom scrollbar appears again. Could this be a problem with the web site and not Firefox?

Windows XP SP2 problem solved by disabling TBE
