if you visit the above web site, the left hand frame, which contains the new
groups, does not display it's vertical scroll bar correctly, so that the bottom
of list of news groups is not accessible :

http://reality.sgiweb.org/maxw/tmp/firefox/firefox-bug.jpg

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the above URL
2.observe the scroll bar in the left hand frame
3.

Actual Results:
goes off the bottom of the frame

Expected Results:
should allow you to scroll the contents of the frame.

default theme :

http://reality.sgiweb.org/maxw/tmp/firefox/theme.jpg
same over here
You have to click on one of the square icons with the plus sign inside in order
to see the problem.

You can still scroll down by clicking inside the frame and then using the down
arrow key, and when you are scrolled all the way down, the bottom scrollbar
appears again.

Could this be a problem with the web site and not Firefox?
