User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803 This summer the hard drive was replaced on my computer. As I have gone into various frequently-used Web sites, I have been newly filling in the logon/password information for these sites. On this one site, the Password Manager will not request my logon information, requiring me to reenter it every time. Before I had this new hard drive - presumably with a somewhat earlier release of Mozilla - Password Manager remembered this information for this site. And it still works for other sites. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to Page for Patron Record 2. Enter 14 digit Barcode number and PIN 3. Hit Enter or click Submit Actual Results: I got to my library record Expected Results: Password Manager should ask if i want to save this information If someone wants to try to reproduce this information, please notify me, and I will let you know the barcode number and also temporarily change the PIN for you.
Confirmed with FireFox 1.0 on Windows 2000. No prompt to save info, THis might be because the form uses field names of "Code" and "PIN" instead of "Username" and "Password". Additionally both fields are of type password. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; rv:1.7.3) Gecko/20041001 Firefox/0.10.1

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
