User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040803

This summer the hard drive was replaced on my computer. As I have gone into
various frequently-used Web sites, I have been newly filling in the
logon/password information for these sites. On this one site, the Password
Manager will not request my logon information, requiring me to reenter it every
time. Before I had this new hard drive - presumably with a somewhat earlier
release of Mozilla - Password Manager remembered this information for this site.
And it still works for other sites.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Page for Patron Record
2. Enter 14 digit Barcode number and PIN
3. Hit Enter or click Submit

Actual Results:
I got to my library record

Expected Results:
Password Manager should ask if i want to save this information

If someone wants to try to reproduce this information, please notify me, and I
will let you know the barcode number and also temporarily change the PIN for you.

Confirmed with FireFox 1.0 on Windows 2000. No prompt to save info, THis might
be because the form uses field names of "Code" and "PIN" instead of "Username"
and "Password". Additionally both fields are of type password.
