If I have my own RSS feed displaying in thunderbird it would be useful if clicking write would launch the comment add web page for my blog. Maybe just load the web browser to the specific url would do the trick.

do you mean "clicking right" to get the context menu?

That's called publishing. It may still exist in Sea Monkey, but was removed from Thunderbird. There is also the ScribeFire extension for Firefox.
