The frames are constrantly resizing when I open www.data.bg web site. That's not
normal and it doesn't happen in any other browser. You people are still going a
great job but try to fix this trouble please. :) 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.I Open the site
2. The frames start resizing until....
3. I cant see the contents of the center frame

Worksforme with a current Linux trunk build.  Reporter, can you reproduce this
in a trunk build?
