Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new web browser window in Firefox.
2. Click the pill-shaped show/hide toolbar button in the top-left corner of the
window.
Actual Results:  
The toolbar is hidden without an animation.

Expected Results:  
The toolbar is hidden with the normal animation.

This is on Mac OS X 10.3.4 Panther.
