Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8a2) Gecko/20040714

When setting View -> Message Body as -> Simple HTML or Plain Text, I can't see
the articles of RSS subscriptions, because they are displayed in an iframe,
which is filtered.

The idea of the sanitizer is, to filter out potentially dangerous content. I
don't expect that content from my RSS subscriptions. But I also don't want to
switch off the sanitizer for my email accounts. This means, I always have to
switch it off, when I want to see an article in the RSS account and not to
forget to reenable it afterwards.

Thus, it would be the best solution to make the sanitizer settings account local
and maybe switch it off per default with RSS accounts.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
Per-folder would be more useful than per-account.
