The locationbar for secure urls is 2 pixels wider (see left side of image)

causes annoying effect when switching tabs with secure/non-secure sites

This must be Windows only unless it's also in Linux.

Severity should be set lower because there is no loss of function.

you will only see this is the location bar is either placed on the menu bar (in
my case)
or if if it shares the navigation toolbar with others.

I think this a consequence of changes by bug 248419. It also appears to have 
caused bug 263750.

The same effect occurs on sites with a feed icon in the bar on current trunk builds.

Mass edit: Setting correct QA for location bar/autocomplete. My bad. I forgot I had once been Autocomplete QA too. Hmm, why can't I just set the QA of bugs to the default QA of the component in a mass edit rather than having to do it manually...?
