Cmd+Return Complete .com Address shortcut does not work. Instead, it is treated
as a Return, causing the default I'm Feeling Lucky search.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type address sans .com in Location Toolbar
2. Click Cmd+Return
Actual Results:
Default search is performed on keyword entered

Expected Results:
www. prefix and .com suffix should be added to location keyword.

A good example of this is typing "help" in the location toolbar and clicking
Cmd+Return. Instead of going to www.help.com it goes to mentalhelp.net, the I'm
Feeling Lucky search result.
