Cmd+Shift+Return Complete .org Address Keyboard Shortcut does not work. 
Instead, it executes the Complete .net Address functionality.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type in keyword in Navigation Toolbar
2. Click Cmd+Shift+Return
Actual Results:  
www. prefix and .net suffix is added to keyword and resolved.

Expected Results:  
.org suffix should be added to keyword instead of .net suffix.
