Cmd+F5 Reload (overide cache) Keyboard Shortcut does not work.  Alternate
shortcut Shift+Cmd+R does work.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Cmd+F5
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Refresh (overide cache) should occur.
