Word wrapping seems to be dependent on some internal line length definition for
URLs. The sample URL displays correctly in IE, Advanced browser, Advant browser.

I have seen this same thing happen to a lesser degree on a few other pages in
forums but not to this extreme extent.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on the sample URL above
2.

Actual Results:  
Text is unwrapped and one must scroll right and left to read each line as they are  
longer than the width of the screen.

Expected Results:  
wrap the text to keep it inside of the viewing window on the screen.
