book.  A confirmation IS given for attempting to delete the default address book.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an address book
2. Attempt to delete address book
3. Witness the horror

Actual Results:  
Address book is deleted without confirmation.

Expected Results:  
Ask for confirmation.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
