The Task/Event windows contain tabs that are hidden from the user.  But the user
can switch to a hidden tab, making the window go blank.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any Task or Event.
2. Press Ctrl-Tab to switch to the Recurrence tab.
3. Press Ctrl-Tab again.

Actual Results:  
The window goes blank.

Expected Results:  
Tabs should cycle, so from Recurrence Ctrl-Tab should take you back to the first
tab (Task or Event).

Confirmed.  They are collapsed, they should be hidden.
