From onBlur event is called function which is moving focus to the specific 
input. Focus is moved (when you start to type you can see you are there) but 
caret is not visible.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. type any text into the first input
2. press tab or click on the next input

Actual Results:  
Caret disappears but when you start to type, you can see you are on the right 
input.

Expected Results:  
Caret remains visible.

Might be ralated somehow with 267675 and 271421 , tested and confirmed on
Windows 2000 SP3 with Firefox 1.0 RC1.
