Scroll wheel on mouse will NOT scroll through the options listing.  Clicking in 
'white' area, or selecting an option, still does not enable scrolling in
Advanced Options. 



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tools/Options...
2. Click Advanced
3. Try scrolling up/down with mouse wheel  

Actual Results:  
No scrolling

Expected Results:  
Scrolling the 'Options list' up/down with mouse wheel.
WFM in Trunk builds, both yesterday's and today's.

Hi, Jim here, the window in 'Advanced Options' is scrolling in today's build.

I have to focus the right pane for the scrollbar to scroll the advanced options
panel.  Is that a bug?
Summary: No Scrolling in 'Advanced' Options → Mousewheel doesn't scroll in 'Advanced' Options without focus in right pane
The behavior I see is that I have to focus on an element (like a expand/collapse
mark, radio button or a checkbox) in the right pane to be able to scroll. Just
clicking on a blank area or even clicking on a frame title (that correctly
expands/collapses) doesn't activate wheel scrolling.
This is no longer an Options dialog issue, the prefs redesign "fixed" it. There
may be a core issue not solved here. Moving to General.
