If I hover my mouse over the 'ismb 2005 program' text,
a submenu pops up. When I move my mouse to the right,
over that submenu, I can not reach the 'Poster Session'
menu entry; Instead, the submenu of 'ismb 2005 agenda'
pops up.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.iscb.org/ismb2005/index.html
2. Hover you mouse over the 'ismb 2005 program' text
3. Move your mouse to the right on the submenu that pops up
4. Move your mouse down over the submenu entries, towards 'Poster Session'
5. The submenu disappears, and the next submenu appears.
Actual Results:
n/a

Expected Results:
Leave the current submenu as is, until the mouse no longer hovers over it.
