In IE, if you click the rating image form elements, it posts to the server. 
However, nothing happens in Firefox/Mozilla.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the recommendations page
2. Click the checkbox next to "Not interested"

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Post back to server, page re-rendered.
