To reproduce:
1. Open provided URL
2. Notice that table at right is placed lower than supposed
3. Slightly resize broser window and notice that the table jumps to correct position

This broke between 2004-10-08-08 and 2004-10-09-08.  I see nothing in the
regression range that looks too relevant (bug 262760 is the closest, and doesn't
seem likely).

We need a minimal testcase here.

Unlikely, since that bug is invalid while this one is valid...

This is what i get when minimising the testcase. Clicking the right link causes
it to move downward.
I think this could very well be fixed when bug 209694 is fixed (can't check it
right now if this indeed would be fixed).
