Changing "View" to "All" after selecting a new folder does not refresh the view.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MailNews and select a folder
2. Set View to e.g. "Unread"
3. Select another folder
4. Set View to "All"

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens in step 4.

Expected Results:  
All Mails from folder should be visible after step 4.

If any other filter is selected in step 4, view is refreshed as expected.
But when "All" is selected later, the problem still occurs.

This problem does not occur in 1.7.1. Regression?

Workaround:
Select another folder, then reselect the original folder

have you tried a more recent build? I think I fixed this recently.

Seems fine here - Moz 1.8a3 20040716. So was it broken and then fixed in quick
succession?

yes, more or less - it was broken as part of the virtual folders work, which use
the same technology as views, and then fixed.
