The title of a window for a bookmark, says 'Properties for "**bm_title**"'. The
"**bm_title**" (quotes inclusive) should be replaced with the title of the bookmark.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Manage Bookmarks.
2. Select any bookmark.
3. Open the properties of the bookmark.
4. Notice the name of the newly openned window.
Actual Results:  
The name of the window is 'Properties for "**bm_title**"', double quotes inclusive.

Expected Results:  
The name of the window should be the same as the title of the bookmark.
