Details

In build 2000.02.02.15 (and not prior builds) mozilla -mail freezes if there is
no mail profile existing. (May or may not freeze if there is a profile, but I
can't get mail to work to create one :)

Then it freezes!
I think we expect the mail account wizard to come up in this circumstance.

Sorry, this is a fairly bogus bug, I thought for some reason that a "Base"
install in windows-installer would include mail/news it doesn't. And of course
when I try an run mozilla -mail.. its not gonna be able to run it. Sorta a bug,
but not really. might want mozilla -mail to be ignored if mail/news is not open.
also might want to change the description of "Base" anyways. marking as minor,
and taking off beta1.

get registered, and would therefore be ignored.

On a Nav only install- build 2000030517- running mozilla -mail launches 
seamonkey navigator only. It does not hang, does nothing on tasks/mail (as 
expected) 
Should navigator be launched with -mail option?
yes, nav should be launched if you -mail on a build with out mail.

it's like doing "netscape -foobarcheese"

foobarcheese is not a valid command line option, so it just starts up.
