The "recently used" drop-down list in the Add Bookmark dialog is very
convienent, but is still limited.  Often I need the full bookmark tree
displayed.  When I use the "Show all the bookmarks folders" button, I expect the
"turned on" state to remain until I change it.  Instead, I must display the
folders (click the button) every time I open the Add Bookmark dialog.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks | Bookmark This Page...
2. Click the "Show all the bookmarks folders" button
3. Click OK
4. Bookmarks | Bookmark This Page...

Actual Results:  
Folder list is closed.

Expected Results:  
Folder list should remain open until I set otherwise.
