- when I start mozilla in a way that should trigger profile manager, no window
appears. mozilla keeps running though.

- when I run mozilla with -P foo, I get a window, but it only shows the webpage,
no browser UI (no toolbar, no menubar, no statusbar)

this was working fine yesterday

might've been caused/triggered by bug 238493
