Apologies if this is a duplicate but I looked and couldn't find an existing bug.

When you delete a bookmark it gives you no confirmation just going ahead and
deleting it. Even a whole bookmark folder can be deleted without confirmation!

Steps to Reproduce:
Delete a bookmark/bookmark folder
Actual Results:  
It gets deleted - no confirmation

Expected Results:  
It should ask you if you want to delete the bookmark/folder

This is what undo is for; excessive confirmations of undoable operations are
extremely annoying.

Oops - didn't spot the undo in manage bookmarks.

This still doesn't address deleting a bookmark from the Bookmarks menu or
toolbar as undo isn't available then. Therefore it should prompt you in these
circumstances.

WONTFIX/DUPE, it is a dupe, I just don't feel like finding it.  Constant dialogs
result in people not reading them, so anything that isn't critical/major
dataloss shouldn't have a warning.  If you delete a bookmark, it will most
likely not kill your grandma, so we chose a long time ago to not confirm it. 
The constant annoyance would make the dialog another one of those "click OK and
get rid of it" dialogs.

Even in the menus, undo is still available, albet through the bookmarks manager
undo.  (This isn't ideal and will get fixed post-1.0, but it's there for now.)
