This is a great improvement. But the dialog only allows browsing the entire filesystem to choose an entry, and since most of them (on Linux) are in /usr/bin... have you counted the files in that folder lately ? It takes forever just to make the list. A welcome addition should be the following - a text box so we can quickly type the command (I hope the lack thereof is not related to using Gnome dialogs) - an option that lists the applications currently registered in the main menu, which are more likely to be chosen as handlers anyway.
