the toolbar customization dialog in Thunderbird ought to be more like a regular
dialog, instead of its current sheet-like behavior and appearance. I'm not sure
to what extent (if any) tbird shares toolbar customization code with firefox,
but in firefox the fix for bug 245088 implemented a more dialog-like look and
feel. and on Linux and Mac (at least), that change was for the better, imo. :)

if this is implemented for tbird, then bug 239278 would become invalid for Mac
(xul sheets on Mac aren't pretty, either).
