After the checkin of bug 263353 we have an additional +/- sign before the
subject. This shouldn't be displayed there. Instead we should move it to the
thread column.  Expanding/Collapsing a tree is a feature wich doesn't belong to
the subject column. When we do that, the current thread twisty should be obsolete.
Damn, we need this +/- sign in front of the subject. Otherwise we get conflicts
with bug 109744.
