the dropdown list belonging to url bar and the one belonging to a folder in
personal bookmark folder is appearing overlapped to the "element".
The list to hides the "element" making hard to type in an url or click the next
entry in the bookmark toolbar

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open mozilla 
2.resize mozilla's window to 1/3 screen area
3.type bugz in urlbar

Actual Results:  
dropdown list with suggested urls hides the type in area

Expected Results:  
dropdown just below type in area

bug 263992 differences 
menus instead of urlbar and bookmarks 
the misplaced stuff is placed at window border while here is always off the border

attached image is chopped at window footprint the url list was over the top border

Probably is a dupe, since the urlbar dropdown, bookmarks dropdowns, and menus
are all just different instances of popup menus; should test with the patch in
263992.
