On many occasions, the browser crash when left idle. I have taken stack traces
of the core files. There seems to be two different issues. Here are the stack

For brevity, I only included the relevant threads that caused the crash, and I 
removed the signal handling entries that occur after the crash. In the first 
two entries, the signal handler doesn't appear on the trace at all. 



Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Let the browser sit. 
Actual Results:  
The browser crashed, producing a core file. 

Expected Results:  
Not crashed.

i'd say the crash is in ObserverListEnumerator::GetNext, but ... and i also
think i've seen crashes like this.
