I just downloaded your browser. I cannot even go to your website using this 
browser. 

I suspect that Windows XP service pack 2 creates this problem, because 
Netscape browser has the same problem. I just cannot go to any website.

Internet Explorer works? Can you look up if a proxy is set in Internet Explorer?
what's the error message?

Probably the browser is just not connecting to the web. Possible causes proxy or
firewall. Are you allowing outbound Mozilla/Firefox/Netscape traffic?

This is probably a wfm...
