This is an interanl phone directory that contains a number of fields that you
can pick selections from, in ie the fields are properly populated.  Using
Firefox the latest build the fields are blank do not contain any items to select
from.  How can this be fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Firefox got to the page in question
2.Select the City or any other field that has a drop down


Actual Results:  
The drop down is not populated 

Expected Results:  
The drop down should had been populated with the name of the cities just as it
happens in IE
